We'll always give you a heads-up and an estimate before we start, so there are no surprises.
What if something goes really wrong?
If your website goes down or your checkout stops working, that's an emergency. We'll jump on it as fast as we can during normal business hours.
Outside of business hours, we'll do our best, but we can't promise. We're a small shop, and we sleep at night.
