Ideal Credit is an independent credit repair business that relied heavily on manual, time-intensive workflows. MarketingStarz partnered with the client to design and build a custom platform that replaced fragmented processes with a centralized, automated system.

Process

The project started by pinpointing bottlenecks where the client was losing the most time. Core tasks were handled manually, taking hours per client and putting a hard limit on growth. The goal was to automate these workflows with a platform that could scale while still leaving room to evolve as the business matured.

MarketingStarz designed and built the application ecosystem from the ground up, including development environment setup, core platform architecture, payments integration, and notification systems. A reporting process that once took about 90 minutes per client was reduced to roughly 10 minutes, freeing up capacity across hundreds of active clients.

Alongside application development, the work expanded to improving the client’s internal systems. This included migrating the business from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, setting up user accounts, and fixing long-standing configuration issues. These changes helped ensure the application and day-to-day business tools worked together reliably.
